基于多目标岗位适应度的混流装配线人员配置优化方法研究 被引量:2

Worker Assignment of Multi-product Assembly Line Based on Multi-objective Optimization Job Fitiness

摘要 针对混流装配线多技能人员配置优化的问题,提出了作业盈余比的概念,以作业盈余比为参数对岗位适应度进行修正。建立了以最小化各工位的加权岗位适应度差异、最小化工位上产品间的岗位适应度差异、最小化同一产品在各工位上的岗位适应度差异和最大化同一产品在各工位上的岗位适应度为目标的多目标优化模型,并设计了基于岗位适应度矩阵的穷举求解算法。该方法在某企业部件装配线进行了应用验证,验证了该方法的有效性。 The concept of job ratio factor is presented based on the revised job fitness of the multi-product assembly line for multi-skill worker assignment issue. A multi-objective optimization model was established. The objectives are minimizing the deference of the weighted average fitness among stations, minimizing the deviation of fitness among stations for the same product, minimizing the deviation of fitness among products in the same station, and maximizing the fitness among stations. An exhaustive algorithm based on the fitness matrix is designed for the multi-product assembly line worker assignment. The application of the method in an aeronautic manufacturing shows the effectiveness of the method.
