基于Geomagic Fashion和Pro/e的盘形凸轮逆向参数化设计及运动仿真

摘要 利用三维激光扫描仪测量了某盘形凸轮模型的几何数据,在此基础上提出运用Geomagic Fashion和Pro/e还原凸轮的参数化模型,再通过凸轮机构的仿真分析结果对模型做进一步参数化修改与优化。给出了在Geomagic Fashion和Pro/e平台上实现凸轮机构逆向参数化建模与运动仿真的具体过程。 By using the measuring geometric data of one disk cam model with 3D laser scanner, based on it, a method of cam reverse engineering that restored the parameterized model of cam was put forward. The further parametrical modification and optimized for model by simulating analysis results of cam mechanism were made. The concrete process for realizing reverse parametric modeling and motion simulation of cam on the platform of Geomagic Fashion and Pro/e was given.
