摘要 折弯偶极子天线被广泛应用于RFID标签中。大多折弯偶极子天线采用基于电磁仿真规律的设计方法,具有一定的盲目性。提出一种利用公式设计天线的新方法,首先建立折弯偶极子天线几何参数与谐振频率之间的关系公式,然后改进该公式,实现天线与目标芯片的阻抗匹配。利用所提公式分别在FR4刚性和PI柔性基板上设计谐振频率为915MHz、与阻抗值为20-130jΩ芯片匹配的偶极子天线。所提方法提高了天线设计效率与准确率。 The meander-line dipole antenna is widely used in RFID tags. Most of the designs are based on the electromagnetic simulation regularity and have certain blindness. A new method based on formula is proposed in this paper. Firstly the formula of the relationship between antenna's geometry parameters and the resonance frequency is created,and then the formula is improved to achieve the impedance matching with the target chip. Using the proposed formulas,two dipole antennas whose resonant frequencies are both 915MHz and impedances can match the chip of 20-130jΩ are designed respectively on the rigid and flexible substrates. The proposed method can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the antenna design.
