摘要
针对M公司在绩效考评和薪酬管理方面存在的问题,结合KPI考评方法,构建起适合M公司的绩效薪酬方案。具体来讲,在梳理出公司整体战略的基础上,层层分解出高层管理人员、中层管理人员和一线员工的KPI指标,月度、年度考评相结合,根据考评系数计算出相应的绩效薪酬,以达到激励所有员工、实现公司战略的目标。
According to the evaluation methods of KPI, I constructed the suitable schemes of merit pay for M Company ,which aims to solve the problems of performance evaluation and the management of the pay. In detail, We should decompose the KPI index of top man-agement staff and middle level administrator and workers at the production line before we comb the entire strategies. We can use monthly and annual evaluation. Then we work out the related pay according to the evaluation coefficient so that we can encourage all the staff to realize the strategic target.
