基于创新创业人才为目标的高校社团管理研究

The Research of the University Community Management Based on the Goal to Cultivate the Innovative Entrepreneurial Talent

学生社团是高校成员的有机组成,对于学校日常事务的管理以及相关活动的举行都起到了带头作用,并且具有一定的号召力,能够积极引导学生向着正确的方向发展。在本文中,笔者结合自身管理经验,从高校社团的增强实践机会、增强社交能力等两个方面的作用出发,分析了当前高校社团在创新创业方面的不足之处,包括组织的随意性,物资的缺乏,干部继承发展不足以及制度的"真空"等问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,与同行共勉。

The student is the organic composition of the community. The students are held to play a leading role for the daily affairs of school management and related activities and has a certain appeal to actively guide students towards the right direction. In this article, combined with management experience the author analyzes the current deficiency of college community in entrepreneurial innovation from the functions of increasing the practice opportunities for university community and enhancing social ability. The deficiency includes arbitrary organization , the lack of supplies, inheritance of leaders and ignoring of system and so on. Finally ,the paper proposes the corre-sponding countermeasures.
