摘要
文章通过对不同催化剂和试验条件进行筛选,并通过改良催化剂及实验条件等措施来提高可发酵糖及糠醛的产率,找出常压下水解的最佳反应条件,以质量分数35%的硫酸和700℃下高温活化1h的二氧化钛为催化剂,当液固体积质量比为60,二氧化钛和狼毒质量比为2.5时,蒸馏4h糠醛产率可达8.79%。并对两步法进行了实验研究,使可发酵糖产率达44.5%,并使糠醛产率达6.24%。
Selecting the experimental conditions and different catalysts were conduced by improvement of catalysts and experimental conditions for the heightening the yield of furfural and fermentable sugars and finding optimal condition of hydrolysis reaction at atmospheric pressure.The yield of furfural can be achieved about 8.79% at the condition of sulfuric acid concentration of 35%,titanium dioxide heating at 700℃ for 1 hour as the catalyst,the volume quality ratio between liquid and solid of 60 and titanium dioxide and chamaejasme quality ratio of 2.5 with distillation four hours.The yield of fermentable sugars can be achieved 44.5% and the yield of furfural can be achieved 6.24% in the two-step method.
