摘要
目的:确定藏药察次塞曼的提取工艺;方法:三因素三水平正交实验;结果:影响提取效果的因素按排序依次为:煎煮时间、加水倍数和浸泡时间,其中煎煮时间影响最大,提取最佳工艺为A3B3C1。结论:优选的提取工艺条件合理,稳定可行。
The Extraction process of Tibetan medicine Trazisaiman was determined based on the orthogonal experiment method with three factors and three levels.The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the extraction is boiling time,plus in multiples of water and soaking time,and among those the boiling time significantly impact on extraction efficiency and the best extraction process is A3 B3 C1.In conclusion,the condition of extraction is reasonable,stable and feasible.
