吸烟与肛周脓肿发生关系的病例对照研究

Relationship between smoking and perianal abscess: a case-control study

目的探讨吸烟与肛周脓肿的关系。方法回归分析2009年至2011年于江西省新余市人民医院住院,经临床证实的230例肛周脓肿患者临床资料并记录吸烟史;对照组为同期住院的非肛周脓肿的患者220例,记录吸烟史,对两组临床资料进行对照分析。结果 230例肛肠脓肿患者中,吸烟者172例,占74.8%;非肛周脓肿患者中,吸烟者90例,占40.9%,两组之间的吸烟比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸烟是肛周脓肿发生的危险因素之一。

Objective To explore the relationship between smoking and perianal abscess.Methods Regressively analyse the smoking history of the 230 patients who were clinically diagnosed as perianal abscess in the XinYu People''s Hospital from from 2009 to 2011.220 patients who were clinically diagnosed as perianal non-abscess in the same period were selected as the control group.Results Of the 230 perianal abscess,there were 172 smokers,accounted for 74.8%;there were 90 smokers in the perianal non-abscess patients,accounted for 40.9%.There are significant differences in smoking history between the two group(P<0.05)Conclusions Both mild and severe smoking are risk factors of perianal abscess.
