摘要
以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂,以正戊醇和冰乙酸为原料合成乙酸正戊酯.探讨H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3对酯化反应催化活性的影响.采用正交实验法研究了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂环己烷用量、反应时间等因素对实验结果的影响.结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为1.3∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,带水剂环己烷用量为8 mL,反应时间为75 min的优化条件下,乙酸正戊酯的收率达95.4%.
The synthesis of n-amyl acetate using H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 as catalyst has been studied .The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out The optimum conditions are :molar ratio of n-amyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.3∶1, the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants is 1.5%, volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8 mL and the reaction time is 75 min.H3 PW12 O40/ZrO2 -WO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing n -amyl acetate and its yield can reach over 95 .4%.
