讨论了火力发电厂热力系统的停炉保护措施,介绍了十八胺在热力设备防腐中的应用,说明了它的化学成分和保护机理,并结合宁夏某300MW发电机组停炉保护时的实际应用情况,介绍了加十八胺的工艺及注意事项。
The paper discusses the measures of shutdown protection of power plant heat system,introduces the application of ODA( octa decylamine) in thermal power plant equipment anti-corrosion,explains the chemical composition and the mechanism of protection.And combined with the application of a certain 300MW power plant in Ningxia province,the dosing techniques and precautions of the ODA are introduced.
