介绍汽包炉清洗流程的配置及清洗工艺。清洗完成后、汽包内形成完整的清洗分界线、汽包内壁清洗干净、钝化膜形成完整、水冷壁割管后采用红点法检测,时间大于10 s、无点蚀和镀铜现象。
