环境因子对贵州臭蛙物种地理分布的影响

Study of environmental factors on geographical distribution of Odorrana In Guizhou

为了解臭蛙物种的分布和保护提供科学依据,利用地理信息系统提取了影响贵州7种臭蛙地理分布点的6个环境气候因子,并采用主成分分析研究了环境气候因子对贵州臭蛙属地理分布的影响程度。结果表明:影响臭蛙在贵州分布的因子大小依次为7月份平均气温、年平均气温、1月份平均气温、年降雨量、年日照时数、海拔高度。同时确定了各种环境因子的影响程度。

Odorrana is one of the most important ecological aspects of forestry ecosystem,and it has very important scientific research,ecological and economic value.Extracted the climate factors which effected the geographical distribution of 7 known species in Guizhou by using geographic information system,and studied the effective degree by using principal component analysis.Research results showed that the effective factors of distribution were average temperature in July,the annual average temperature,average temperature in January,annual rainfall,annual sunshine duration,and altitude.At the same time,determined the effective degree of various environmental factors.In order to provide scientific basis for frog species protection.
