摘要
为确定灵芝多糖的提取工艺及不同地区不同品种的灵芝多糖的提取率,对水浸提过程中的温度,时间及固液比3个因素进行正交试验,用苯酚-硫酸法测定灵芝多糖的含量。结果表明,灵芝多糖的最佳提取条件为浸提温度100℃,浸提时间为2 h,料液比为1∶15;浸提温度对多糖提取的影响最大,其次为浸提时间和浸提固液比。灵芝多糖提取率最高的品种为信州种。灵芝多糖提取率最高的地区为吉林长白山。
Using phenol-sulphuric acid method to detect the contents of polysaccharides,the optimum extraction conditions with water of polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum were determined by single-factor test and orthogonal test.The results show that the optimum temperature of extracting was 100℃,the optimum extracting time was 2.0h and water Ganoderma Lucidum was 15: 1.The main influencing factor was temperature,next is extracting time and water Ganoderma Lucidum.The variaties of the higher extraction rate from Ganoderma Lucidum were xinzhou.The area of the higher extraction rate from Ganoderma Lucidum were Changbaishan Jilin.
