Establishment of Logistics Management Specialty Curricular System Based on KAQ-CDIO

物流管理专业毕业生的就业最近几年出现了一些问题,主要是用人单位对毕业生所期望的知识技能与教学的知识点出现偏差。文中根据KAQ理论进行了大量的社会调研,从中得到了用人企业所期望毕业生应具备的知识、能力和素质,并通过CDIO教育理念作为载体,从而对物流管理专业课程进行了构建。

In recent yeas,the graduates of logistics management have some problems in employment.The main problem is the deviation between the knowledge and skills expected by employers and the teaching knowledge of colleges.According to KAQ theory,we carry out a large number of social research and obtain the knowledge,ability and quality which the employers except graduates should have.At the same time,we build the logistics management specially curricular system though the CDIO education philosophy as a carrier.
