摘要
物流人才是物流产业发展的关键要素。文中以建设CSN节点城市为背景,在分析武汉市物流人才现状及存在问题的基础上,针对武汉市现有物流人才总量不足、高层次人才偏少等问题,提出了武汉市物流人才发展战略。
A logistics personnel is a key element of the logistics industry development.This paper analyzed the present situation of logistics personnel in Wuhan city.Then,the development strategy of logistics personnel was suggested.
