摘要
食用油精炼技术已趋成熟,可是环境污染和能源消耗过大的问题仍然很突出,引进高端设备虽然能达到节能减排目的,但并不能从根本上改善。针对上述问题,主要从油脂精炼生产工艺的选择、高度自动化控制及生产装备等方面对油脂精炼车间节能减排进行分析和探讨。
The edible oil refining technology has obtained achievements,but environmental pollution and high energy consumption are still important problems.The purpose of energy conservation &emission reduction can be achieved through advanced equipments introduction,but it can't be improved fundamentally.To solve the above problem,energy conservation and emission reduction were researched from production process,highly automated control and production equipments in edible oil refining plant.
