随着研究的不断深入,多酚氧化酶的应用越来越广泛,对此综述了多酚氧化酶的测定方法、分离提纯技术和催化机制,并对其应用及研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
With the deepening of the research,the application of the polyphenol oxidase is becoming more and more widely.The determination method of polyphenol oxidase,separation and purification technology and the catalytic mechanism were summarized and its application and development trend of the research were prospected.
