摘要
粮库储粮中粳稻储存量逐年增加,针对粳稻入库时气温较低,无法通过晾晒降低至安全水分,烘干费用又较高的现状,研究并建立了一种内环流调节粮温的方法,在粳稻的储藏期间采用空调控制仓温,试验表明:利用粮食冷心结合空调控制仓温的做法可以实现高水分粳稻的安全过夏,延缓了粮食陈化的同时保持了粮食的品质。
Japonica rice storage volume in grain depot has increased by years.Aiming at the situation that the low temperature when japonica rice is in storage,can't reduce to safe moisture content by sun-cure,high drying cost,a method of inner circulation adjusting grain temperature was studied and set up.Air conditioner was used to control storehouse temperature during storage period of japonica rice.Results show that the method of using grain cold core combining air conditioner to control storehouse temperature can make japonica rice of high moisture content aestivate safely,delay grain aged and at the same time maintain the quality of grain.
