摘要
基于道格拉斯生产函数模型和索洛经济增长模型,对湖南省2000年至2011年间的生产要素对经济增长的贡献度进行测算。测算结果表明,湖南省目前的经济增长主要是由大量的资本投入引起的,技术进步对经济增长的贡献度极低,这进一步表明湖南省目前的经济增长方式仍是粗放型经济增长模式。需要将湖南省经济增长的根本动力从依靠要素投入转变为依靠技术进步,要实行鼓励性创新政策、加大政府的支持力度、完善企业创新制度、建立湖南省有效的产学研体系、加强企业间人才交流。
Based on the Douglas production function and Solow Growth Model to measure the contribution of the factors of production to economic growth in Hunan province from 1999to 2011,it turns out that the current economic growth of Hunan province is mainly caused by large amounts of capital investment,while the contribution of technological progress to economic growth is very low,which indicates that Hunan's economic growth remains an extensive economy pattern.To change the present mode into one relying on technological progress,the Province is required to implement incentive innovation policies,to enhance government support,to perfect enterprise innovation systems,to set up the Province's effective industry-university-research corporation and to intensify talents exchange among enterprises.
