课堂教学质量评价体系信度和效度实证研究——以山东科技大学为例

Research on the Reliability and Validity of Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation System——A case Study at Shandong University of Science and Technology

以学生参与为主体的课堂教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控体系的重要环节,指标体系的设计是影响高校课堂教学质量评价的关键因素,本文利用SPSS 19.0软件,以实测数据为观察样本,对山东科技大学目前采用的课堂教学质量评价指标体系进行了信度和效度分析,发现了影响课堂教学质量的4个潜在因子:教学方法、教学内容、教学态度和教学手段。这有助于在正确理解课堂教学质量评价内涵的基础上,建立起与之相配套的、有效的制度和措施。

Classroom teaching quality evaluation with student participation as main subject is an important link in the teaching quality monitoring system,and the design quality of the evaluation index system is a critical factor which affects students' evaluation.This paper,by using SPSS 19.0software package,and based on the measured data as samples at Shandong University of Science and Technology,conducts reliability and validity analysis of the current evaluation system.The study finds four potential factors affecting the quality of classroom teaching:teaching methods,course contents,teacher's attitude and teaching means.This will help to set up matched systems and measures from an adequate understanding of the connotations of classroom teaching quality evaluation.
