摘要
在整个路网系统中,交叉口是不同方向的交通流汇合、分流的地方,交通情况复杂。其中,交叉口左转车流是影响交叉口性能的最重要因素,左转车更需要足够的视距来穿越对向直行车道完成左转运行。文中分析了次路采用停车让行控制方式的交叉口左转车道的几何要素(对向左转车道偏移值和左转车道长度)对左转车视距的影响,对左转车视距进行了修正,保证左转车辆更加安全畅通的运行,提高交叉口的运营效率。
In traffic network, an intersection is the place where the traffic flow diverges and converges. Left-turn vehicle flow affects the performance of intersections most as left-turn vehicles need sufficient sight distance to cross the opposing oncoming traffic for turning. This paper analyses the impact of left-turn lane variations(deviation value and length of left-turn lanes) on the visibility by stopping vehicles at intersections on the minor road, and how to ensure the safety of left-turn vehicles and the efficiency of intersections by modifying sight distance.
