摘要
海南岛拥有独有的南药资源,但是海南南药资源被破坏的十分严重,违法砍伐、偷盗行为屡禁不止。目前海南南药在立法上处于一片空白,该文尝试从法律保护角度,对海南南药目前存在的法律制度问题提出建议。
Hainan island has a unique South Chinese medicine resource, while it has been destroyed seriously. At present, Hainan wild South Chinese medicine are damaged. it can not stop someone falling and stealling south medicine. And there is not any legislative of South Chinese medicine resource. This paper try to give some recommendations to South Chinese medicine resource of the legal protection in the view of law.
