基于核心-外围超网络模型的产学研协同创新研究

The Study of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Based on the Core-Periphery Super Network Model

产学研是技术创新的重要组织形式,而协同创新已成为当今创新发展的主流模式。文章将产学研创新主体划分为核心主体和外围主体,构建了核心—外围超网络模型,选取知识转移数量和协作水平作为决策变量,利用多目标最优化与变分不等式相结合的方法寻求超网络均衡,并对均衡结果进行动态分析。结果表明:协同创新是当前产学研创新主体深度合作与共生优化的最佳途径;超网络均衡表明创新主体间能够同时实现局部与整体的目标最优化;在出现均衡偏差时,超网络优化机制将促使创新主体进行行为再优化,使各创新主体更加明确其角色和功能定位。

Industry-university-research(I-U-R)is an important organizational form of technological innovation,and collaborative innovation has become the main mode of innovation.The paper divided innovative parts of IU-R into two categories:the core-part and the periphery-part,and built the Core-Periphery Super Network Model.Selecting the amount of knowledge transfer and the level of collaboration as decision-making variable,using approach of multi-objective optimization and variational inequality,the equilibrium of the super network is found,and the equilibrium results are analyzed dynamically.The results show that collaborative innovation is the best way to deepen cooperation and optimize symbiosis for parts of I-U-R;equilibrium of super network demonstrated that innovative parts can simultaneously achieve local and overall optimization;in the event of deviation from equilibrium,the optimal mechanism of super network will lead to further optimize the behavior of innovative parts,making innovative parts more clearly realize the respective roles and functions.
