摘要
选择心内科行经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗的100例患者,随机实验组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,实验组除常规护理外还进行循证护理干预。实验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且患者对护理工作满意度情况也明显优于对照组。循证护理干预可以显著提高经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗疗效,促进医患关系和谐。
100 patients selected from the Department of Cardiology and treated with transradial coronary intervention were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention as well as routine care.The complication rate was significantly lower than the control group after operation in experimental group,and the patients' satisfaction with nursing job was also significantly better than the control group.Therefore,evidence based nursing intervention can significantly improve the transradial coronary intervention effect and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
