利用低场核磁共振仪对大鼠进行造影成像的研究

摘要 该文介绍使用低场核磁成像技术研究两种造影剂在大鼠体内的成像效果。分别探讨了不同的注入方式:尾部静脉注射以及口服注射这两种注入方式大鼠的表现特点,为进一步的临床研究做准备。研究发现,使用低场核磁对大鼠造影成像测试亦能得到很好的影像效果。 This paper introduced the study on different effects of low field nuclear magnetic imaging of rats which were injected with two kinds of contrast agents. And two different ways of injections( tail intravenous injection and oral injection) were adopted to make preparations for further clinical researches in this study. The results revealed,rat imaging using low field nuclear magnetic imaging method could also achieve excellent imaging effects.
