POCT含义是现场保健检验,它实现了快速反馈(STAT)直接提高了临床诊断效率和急救成功率。POCT在急救乃至医院中的应用和管理,坚持质量是关键。加强网络化管理和人员培训,有助于POCT使用的规范与合理。
The meaning of POCT is the health inspection,it can realize the fast feedback( STAT),which directly improves the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and success rate of the emergency diagnosis. Quality is the key in application and management of POCT in first aid and hospital. To strengthen the network management and personnel training is contribute to use POCT specifically and reasonably of POCT.
