摘要
为预防民用爆破器材生产单元安全爆炸事故的发生提供依据,根据安全评价系统理论,提出一个民用爆破器材生产单元爆炸危险性定量分析方法。本方法首先对导致爆炸事故的各个因素进行定量化的分析,然后利用等级参数评判法得出民用爆破器材生产单元爆炸危险性大小。
According to the theory of safety assessment system, a quantitative analysis method of explosion risks of industrial explosive material production unit was advanced to provide the basis for preventing explosion accidents to be happened in industrial explosive material production unit. Firstly, various factors causing explosion were analyzed quantificationally by the method. Then, risk degree of the civil explosive materials production unit was determined by the rank parameter evaluation method.
