摘要
分析了导爆索设计过程中影响爆轰速度的主要因素。利用非线性动力学显式有限元分析软件Ansys-Autodyn,通过仿真手段分析了炸药装药直径和装药密度变化对于其爆轰速度的影响情况。对比仿真结果与理论计算结果,可以基本确定导爆索炸药装药直径和装药密度的取值,从而指导了导爆索产品的设计。
The factors influencing the blasting speed in the design process of detonating fuse are analyzed. With the help of the Nonlinear dynamic explicit finite element analysis software-Ansys-Autodyn, the effect of charge diameter and density on the blasting speed was researched by simulation. Comparison of the simulation results with the theory calculation results, the charge diameter and density of detonating fuse have been determined. The simulation results instruct the design of detonating fuse.
