贮藏玉米中的菌相构成分析

摘要 粮食作物中微生物数量及其菌群构相是影响储粮安全的重要因素,本文以不同年份贮藏的玉米为材料,分析贮藏玉米中的菌群构相.结果显示:玉米中的霉菌总数在102~104 CFU/g之间,污染最严重的为许昌2011年产玉米,霉菌总数高达1.02×104 CFU/g.霉菌污染最轻的是洛阳2009年产玉米,霉菌总数为1.61×102 CFU/g. An important factor affecting the safety of grain storage was microbial quantity in grain crops and their microbial community.Based on different years storage of corn,this article analysised their microbial community.The most serious pollution was Xuchang'corn in 2011.The total number of mold was as high as 1.02×104 CFU/g.The most lightest pollution was Luoyang'corn in 2009.Their total number of mold was as high as 1.61×102 CFU/g.
