摘要
多轴缠绕机结构复杂、设备成本高,而两轴示教机又不能完全满足弯管的工艺要求。本文设计的示教再现式玻璃钢弯管缠绕机采用三轴控制。控制系统通过主轴每转过一定角度来触发记录主轴、小车和伸臂的位置实现缠绕示教,采用电子齿轮控制方式实现自动工作时的小车和伸臂跟踪主轴的同步运动控制。本文阐述了示教再现式三轴弯管缠绕机机械结构和工作原理,分析了弯管缠绕线型和运动轨迹,通过理论和实践相结合的方式印证了:该系统性能稳定,可以实现弯管的自动缠绕。
The structure of multiaxial winding machine is complex,and the cost is very high. But two- axis winding machine can not meet the process requirement of the elbow. Teach reappearance type glass reinforced plastic bend winding machine designed in this article adopts three- axis winding machine. The Control system realize the winding teach through the spindle triggers record the position of spindle,carriage and boom after turned a certain angle everytime. This paper describes the winding machine mechanical structure and working principle and analysis of the winding form and motion trajectory of elbow. The paper confirmed that the system has stable performance and can realize the auto- winding of elbow by a way of the theory and practice with a combination.
