摘要
用纤维图像分析仪、超薄切片机、材料试验机研究了PAN·F(聚丙烯腈原丝)纤度及直径不匀率对PAN·CF(聚丙烯腈基碳纤维)力学性能的影响。结果表明,当原丝的直径不匀率大于7.5%时,其对应PAN·OF(预氧丝)皮芯比的CV值达到10%以上,导致PAN·CF的拉伸强度降低约300 MPa。为了制备质量稳定的PAN·CF,提出了PAN·F直径不匀率的控制方法;同时,提出了碳化过程中对于纤度均一性的要求。
With the help of image analyzer,microtome and material testing machine to research the effect of fineness and diameter irregularity of PAN·F on mechanical properties of PAN·CF. The results showed that when diameter irregularity of PAN·F was greater than 7. 5%,CV value of skin- core ratio in PAN·OF reached more than 10%,leading the tensile strength of PAN·CF decreased by about 300 MPa. In order to prepare the PAN·OF with stable quality,proposing the method of controlling the diameter irregularity and requirement of fineness homogeneity in process of carbonization.
