校内实践场所学生自主管理模式探索

Exploration on Students' Self-management Mode of Campus Practice Sites

我国职业技术教育已快速发展了十几年,各高职院校办学条件与发展初期相比有了巨大的变化,办学规模已占据高等教育的半壁江山,为国家经济建设的可持续发展提供了人才队伍保障。然而,以质量为核心的内涵建设远没有跟上规模的快速发展,体现职业教育特色的实践教学环节存在着较为严重的管理缺位,对此,以校内实践教学的管理为切入点,探索并实践学生自主管理模式,以期提出高职院校实践教学管理的途径和方法。

Vocational technology education has been rapidly developing in China for more than ten years. The initial conditions for running higher vocational colleges and development have changed greatly, as the scale of vocational education has accounted for half of the country's higher education. Such development has provided personnel guarantee for the sustainable development of national economic construction. However, with quality as the core, the connotation construction has far failed to keep pace with the rapid development of the scale, as a result of a serious lack of management in the practice teaching which embodies the vocational education characteristics. Thus, taking the practice teaching management as the breakthrough point, this paper explores and puts students' selfmanagement mode into practice in order to put forward the ways and methods for practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
