Research on the Construction of Decision Indicator System for Large Construction Project from Regional Perspective

基于城市化进程中大型建设项目周期长、利益相关者多、投资风险大、经济关联大的特征及其对评价决策方法的影响,系统性构建了总量控制性、结构比例性、社会稳定性、环境友好性、区域承载性等区域影响评价指标体系,以及战略适应性、融资可行性、投资优化性、流量平衡性、绩效收益性等财务评价指标体系,有针对性地提出了建立区域性行业评价标准、开展跟踪评价、引入计算机评价系统等对策建议。

Based on the features of large construction project of promoting urbanization,long cycle,complex interest partners,risky investment,influencing economy and their impact on evaluation and decision methods,the paper sets up a regional decision indicator system on the control performance of quantum,the proportion of structure,the stability of society,the affiliation of environment,the adaptability of region,and constitutes a financial decision indicator system on the adaptability of strategies,the feasibility of financing,the optimizing of investment,the balance of the quantity of flow,the profitability of performance.Several respective proposals on setting up regional industry evaluation standards,follow-up evaluation and introducing computer evaluation systems are offered.
