基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的国际建筑工程项目风险评价研究

Risk Assessment Study of International Construction Projects Based on the AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

我国加入世界贸易组织以来,国内建筑企业参与的国际建筑工程项目越来越多。但由于国际环境的复杂性、国内企业经验不足等,使得国际建筑工程项目在执行上存在着很大风险。首先介绍了国际建筑工程项目的概念并根据其特点进行风险识别,然后采用AHP-模糊综合评价法对其进行风险评价,最后通过实例阐述国际建筑工程项目风险评价的全过程。

Since our nation enter WTO,more and more domestic construction enterprises participate in international construction projects. How ever,due to the complexity of the international environment,lacking of the experiences for our domestic enterprises,there are huge risks in the implementation of international building projects. This paper first introduces the concept of international construction projects. And according to its characteristics,the article makes the risk identifications. Then by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the article makes the risk assessment. Lastly,the article illustrates the w hole process of risk assessment of international construction projects combining w ith the real cases.
