基于可拓优度评价法的工程总承包风险评价

Risk Evaluation of General Contracting Project Based on Extension Superiority Evaluation Method

对工程总承包项目特点进行分析,参考国内相关项目资料建立工程总承包风险评价指标体系,并根据可拓层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,采用可拓优度评价法建立工程总承包风险评价模型,运用Matlab软件辅助实现模型计算。通过对实际案例进行风险评价,验证评价指标体系和评价模型的有效性和实用性。

This paper firstly establishes risk evaluation index system for general contracting project with its features analyzed by referring to relevant literatures at home. Then the article calculates the weights of each evaluation index,builds the risk evaluation model of general contracting project with the extension superiority method,and gains the evaluation results by Matlab-aided calculation. Finally,it proves the validity and practicability of evaluation index system and model by applying them to project case.
