摘要
探讨了英语词汇容易磨蚀的自身原因及对《新视野大学英语》的启示,指出英语词汇是陈述性知识,具有开放性特点,因此容易磨蚀。《新视野大学英语》应针对英语词汇易磨蚀的自身原因,在编写过程中重视词汇部分的编写,采取多模态语篇方式处理英语词汇,以预防英语词汇的磨蚀。
The paper studies self-reasons of English vocabulary easy-attrition and its implications to NHCE.Then the article points out that English vocabulary is declarative knowledge,and English vocabulary system has the characteristic of openness. So English vocabulary is easy to be attrited. Given self-reasons of English vocabulary easy-attrition,NHCE attaches great importance to English vocabulary. It processes English vocabulary by multimode text to prevent English vocabulary attrition.
