摘要
对藏青85、藏青320、藏青690、藏青3179四个青稞品种,在苗期、拔节到抽穗期以及抽穗到成熟期分别进行干旱和正常处理,研究其可溶性糖与干旱胁迫的关系。结果表明,遭受干旱时,青稞叶片可溶性糖明显增加,尤其是在拔节—抽穗期;正常情况下,不同品种叶片可溶性糖含量无显著差异。而在干旱胁迫时,苗期各品种间差异不显著,而拔节—抽穗期和抽穗—成熟期差异显著。作物受到干旱胁迫时,叶片可溶性糖含量显著增加;当干旱胁迫解除时,叶片可溶性糖含量逐渐恢复正常。
Dealing with zangqing85,zanging320,zangqing690 and zangqing3179 four cultivated varieties of highland barley in conditions of normal situation and drought situation.The result indicates,there are no significant differences of soluble sugar content of barley blades between different varieties; but it increases obviously,in conditions of drought situation,especially in the period of jointing to heading.In conditions of drought,they are not significant yet in seedling stage,but are significant in the period of jointing to maturity.In the conditions of drought,the soluble sugar content increases obviously; gradually,when free from the drought,it recovers to the normal level.
