摘要
针对各品级的钽阳极,对比分析了不同的测试阴极比表面积对钽阳极容量测试结果造成的差异及影响.结果表明,随着钽阳极比容的增大,阴极比表面积对其容量引出的影响程度增加,只有阴极的比表面积足够大,才能使阳极块容量完全引出,获得准确的测试结果.
For each grade tantalum anode,differences and impacts of test results from different specific surface area to tantalum cathode anode capacity were analyzed by comparison method.The results show that with the increasing of anodic tantalum capacitance,the impact of cathode surface area to its capacity also increases.Only large enough the cathode surface area can lead the capacity of anode entirely and obtain accurate test results.
