摘要
基于风险的检验(RBI)是一种在设备安全性和经济性相统一基础上的新兴设备管理技术,是针对承压设备不同的失效机理和历史检验数据等分析得出设备的风险等级.根据设备的损伤机理,选择有效的检测技术,重点检测工况恶劣的部位,将有限的资源主要投入到风险较高的设备上,以保证设备安全运行到下一检验周期.
The risk-based inspection(RBI) is emerging equipment integrity management technologies,it is a unified system of management concepts and methods which pursuiting the security and economy. The risk of pressure-bearing equipment can be calculated by the different failure mechanism and historical inspected data. According to equipment damage mechanism,select effective detection technology,focus on the parts of poor conditions,put the limited resources into the high risk equipment, ensure the equipment working safety to the next inspect cycle.
