磺化硅胶催化合成乙酸正戊酯的研究 被引量:3

摘要 磺化硅胶是一种以化学键键合而成,性能稳定的固体酸催化剂.以冰醋酸和正戊醇为原料,磺化硅胶为催化剂,合成了乙酸正戊酯,并获得了最佳合成条件,即n(乙酸):n(正戊醇)=1:1.4,催化剂用量w=1.2%,反应时间t=60 min,带水剂V=8 mL时,乙酸正戊酯的产率y=95.0%,催化剂重复使用10次后产率为80.2%.磺化硅胶对乙酸正戊酯的合成具有良好的催化活性. N-amyl acetate is synthesized from n-pentanol and acetic acid with SSA as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of acetic acid to n-pentanol is 1∶1.4, the quality of the catalyst to total material is 1.2%, the reaction time is 60 min and cyclohexane 12 mL, the yield of n-amyl acetate is up to 95.0% when agent is 8 mL. What's more, when the catalyst was reused after 10 times, the yield was still up to 80.2%. SSA shows good catalytic activity for the synthesis of n-amyl acetate.
