宁夏引黄自流灌区城乡水务一体化实践探讨

摘要 以位于宁夏引黄自流灌区的中宁县为例,通过分析当地水资源利用特点,得出宁夏引黄灌区推行水务一体化是必然的.结合县城供水系统现状,从水量、水质以及生态环境保护3个方面分析在宁夏引黄自流灌区推行水务一体化需要解决的若干问题及其对策.分析得出,要在宁夏引黄自流灌区顺利推行城乡水务一体化以实现水资源管理可持续发展,不仅需要逐步关停自备水源、改善现有供水系统、提高水处理能力,还需要发挥供水能力在城市发展中的重要性,使其成为区域发展规模的决定因素. Taking Zhongning County for example, which was in the Yellow River gravity irrigation areas of Ningxia region, local water resource utilization was analyzed to find out integrated water resources management was necessary in Yellow River gravity irrigation areas of Ningxia region. Considering of present urban water supply system, several possible problems and their solutions were analyzed from water quantity, water quality and eco-environmental protection. It was shown that management of integrated water resources is not only the close of owned water source, improvement of present water supply and raising the level water treatment, but also emphasizes the important role of water supply capacity and become decisive factor for regional development scale in the Yellow River gravity irrigation areas in Ningxia region.
