摘要 从高光谱技术的分类和特点入手,跟踪国内外利用高光谱无损检测农产品方面的最新研究成果,对高光谱成像技术在农产品表面损伤检测、内部品质检测、表面污染及外部品质检测以及在肉品质和污染检测等方面的研究进行了分类整理.对现阶段存在的高光谱采集设备、数据处理及建模、样品物理化学性质等方面存在的问题及解决对策予以讨论,并探讨了高光谱技术在农产品无损检测方面的发展趋势,以期为同行提供参考. Based on types and features of hyperspectral technology, and tracking for latest research in classification of NDT for agricultural products, technology applications are listed classified systematically in surface contamination and external quality inspection as well as in meat quality and pollution. Problems and solutions in acquisition device, data processing and modeling, sample's physical and chemical properties and more are discussed, and explore hyperspectral technology development trends in NDT for agricultural product, references can be provided to peers.
