等离子体密度对预充等离子体阳极杆箍缩二极管工作特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 阳极杆箍缩二极管产生的X射线焦斑小,达亚mm量级,且焦斑位置稳定,是一种理想的闪光X射线照相加速器二极管.但是,由于其工作阻抗较高(约40~60 Ω),导致无法与大电流低阻抗的脉冲功率源匹配.通过预先向二极管中注入等离子体,可以降低二极管最初工作阶段的阻抗,实现与低阻抗驱动源的匹配.预充等离子体的密度直接影响二极管的工作状态,特别是对等离子体鞘层和空间电荷限制流的形成具有较大影响.采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,对预充等离子体阳极杆箍缩二极管的工作过程和等离子体密度对二极管的电子束箍缩特性进行了分析,结合“剑光一号”加速器水线输出参数(峰值电压为1 MV),给出了合适的预充等离子体的密度范围为1015~1016 cm-3.
