神经型烟碱乙酰胆碱受体PET显像放射性配体研究进展

Recent advances in PET radioligands for imaging of cerebral nicotinic acetylcholine receptors

摘要 基于人类脑神经型烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nAChRs) PET显像的研究已取得显著进展,尤以脑内最主要的nAChRs亚型,即α4β2亚型nAChRs(α4β2-nAChRs)显像为著.对于脑内另一种主要的nAChRs亚型,即α7亚型nAChRs(α7-nAChRs)的PET显像研究亦有报道.笔者就近年来神经型nAChRs PET显像放射性配体的研究进展予以综述. There exist many studies on the radioligands for imaging of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) in the human brain and the most common one is the radioligand binding to α4β2-nAChRs,the main subtype of cerebral nAChRs.There are few data published in the literature on the radioligands for the imaging of α7-nAChRs,another important subtype of cerebral nAChRs.This review summarizes recent work on PET radioligands for the imaging of cerebral nAChRs.
