鼻息肉的病理生理研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 鼻息肉是临床常见疾病,它与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的关系密不可分,目前认为慢性炎症在它的形成中起了关键作用.其中,改变的先天性和获得性免疫、组织重构、异常的花生四烯酸代谢和/或微生物效应都可能对鼻息肉的发展起到一定的作用,其明确的发病机制尚不得而知.本文就近年来鼻息肉病理生理的研究进展做一综述,以利于更好的解决鼻息肉这一临床顽症.
