鼻窦球囊扩张术 被引量：7

摘要 鼻窦球囊扩张术是一种新的治疗鼻窦炎的手术方法,具有微创、手术简单、效果好、并发症少等优点.随着这一技术的逐步推广和改进,在伴有鼻息肉的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、鼻窦炎修正术、儿童鼻窦炎、药物治疗无效的急性鼻窦炎以及全身情况较差的鼻窦炎等患者的治疗方面取得了较好的效果.本文就鼻窦球囊扩张术的适应证、机制、手术方法、疗效及并发症等方面的最新研究进展做一综述.
