嗅神经母细胞瘤的诊治进展 被引量：1

摘要 嗅神经母细胞瘤(olfactoryneuroblastoma,ONB)是一种鼻颅底少见的恶性肿瘤,起源于嗅黏膜的基底层,起病隐匿,不易早期发现.该病有独特的临床、免疫组化、病理学及分子生物学特点,目前没有统一的分类分期及治疗手段.明确其病理分级及肿瘤分期对手术方式选择及预后判断具有重要意义.本文结合近年来的相关文献报道,对ONB的临床和病理特点以及最新的治疗进展进行综述.
