表面肌电图在吞咽功能检查及康复中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 表面肌电图(surface electromyography,sEMG)也称动态肌电图,作为一种安全简单、无创的有关神经肌肉功能状况的评定手段,可用于吞咽、吞咽障碍以及对吞咽康复训练疗效的评定.近20年来,国外已有学者运用sEMG作为吞咽障碍筛查诊断的首选方法,但国内应用较少.本文就sEMG的发展、记录、观察指标及意义做一综述.
