白酒送服补肾强筋胶囊治疗膝骨性关节疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Liquor and Bushen Qiangjin Capsule Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的：观察白酒送服补肾强筋胶囊治疗膝骨性关节的临床疗效。方法：70例膝骨性关节患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用白酒送服补肾强筋胶囊，对照组采用单纯补肾强筋胶囊内服，两组均关节腔注射参麦针，治疗6周后评定两组疗效。结果：两组WOMAC评分均较治疗前明显下降，且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：白酒送服补肾强筋胶囊能增强治疗膝骨性关节的临床疗效，值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of liquor and Bushen Qiangjin capsule treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:70 cases of knee os-teoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with liquor and Bushen Qiangjin capsule, control group with oral Bushen Qiangjin capsule, two groups were given intra-articular Shenmai injection, to evaluate the curative effects of two groups after 6 weeks of treatment. Results:WOMAC scores of two groups after the treatment were both significantly decreased, and treatment group was lower than control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Li-quor and Bushen Qiangjin capsule can enhance the clinical curative effects of treating knee osteoarthritis, being worthy of promotion.
