摘要
目的：观察穴位埋线配合按摩治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法：185例患者均取颈面部及肢体部穴位进行穴位埋线及局部按摩治疗。结果：痊愈68例，显效72，好转43例，无效2例，总有效率98.9%。结论：穴位埋线配合按摩治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著，方便实用，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of catgut implantation combined with massage for peripheral facial paralysis . Methods:185 cases of patients were all treated by catgut implantation in acupoints of neck face and body portion and local massage therapy. Results:68 cases were cured, 72 cases were marked valid, 43 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 98.9%. Conclusion:Catgut implantation com-bined with massage has a significant curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis, which is convenient and practical, and worth clinical promotion and application.
